Returns Instructions
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment. The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item to our online store. Here are the basic steps:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order package. ACEECA reserves the right to refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA code.
  2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. All products must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
  3. On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address supplied to you by the Customer Sales & Service Specialist and the RMA code; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Software and SD Expansion Cards
All software purchases and MultiMedia / SD expansion cards may be returned within 30 days of date of shipment for exchange or online credit only (no refunds). A MultiMedia / SD expansion card may only be returned if it is damaged or defective. Customized Products
All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact a Customer Sales & Service Specialist by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Sales & Service Specialist within 30 days of the date of shipment by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. ACEECA will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Credit
