Item Delivery
Delivery of your item(s) can take anywhere from one to ten full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. To read more about delivery times and shipping options, click here.

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Emails About Your Order
After you place an order online you will receive emails about the status of your order. Below are examples of the emails you might receive:

"Aceeca.com Order Status"
This e-mail confirms that your credit card has been authorized and we have received your order. This email includes your order number and has a link to a detailed invoice located from your online account. This email will also advise you of the status of your order. Keep this email for your records.

"Aceeca.com Preorder Status"
This e-mail confirms that we received your preorder information. This email includes your preorder number and a link to detailed information about your preorder. Keep this e-mail for your records.

"Important Order Notice from Aceeca.com"
There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order. Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:

  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
